    When executing sql using command using a5m2cmd, it will print the result in ??????
    Example :
    SQL?????????
    SQL?????????
    SQL?????????

    Sorry, A5: SQL Mk-2 command line utility currently only supports Japanese.

    An English message is likely to be difficult in the immediate future as it would require restructuring the entire globalization mechanism. I’m planning to release the next version (v2.19) next year, so I’d like to fix it then.
